Crack Sealing
The purpose of crack sealing is to minimize water from seeping into the base layer or structure of your pavement. This is a process completed separately from the seal coating. A hot pour rubberized material is poured into the cracks at 400 degrees which then sets up relatively quickly to keep water out of the crack. We recommend this service is performed annually.
Seal Coating
Seal coating seals the asphalt pavement, preventing the oxidation and erosion of the top layer of asphalt. Seal coating replaces fine particles lost from the asphalt surface due to snow removal, use, wear, and oxidation. Industry standards call for sealing asphalt every 2-4 years depending on the amount of wear and tear the driveway receives as well as sun exposure.
Striping
New striping or re-striping a parking lot will maximize parking and traffic flow, as well as helping keep your parking lot ADA compliant. Annual striping creates a welcome look for your customers. We can also help you make sure your ADA signage is up to date and install new signage if necessary.
